Moments Together Memory Café 

Moments Together Memory Café  is a special one-hour gathering held on the third Thursday of each month, created for individuals experiencing memory changes and the people they love. Rather than focusing on dementia, we focus on family, connection, and enjoying one another.

Through simple, meaningful activities, conversation, music, laughter, and shared experiences, we create opportunities to reminisce, reconnect, and make new moments together. You might share an old memory, discover something new about one another, or simply laugh together. There is no pressure and no agenda centered around a diagnosis—just time intentionally set aside to be together. Because the memory may fade, but the moment still matters.
