Because No Family Should Face Dementia Alone
A dementia diagnosis changes the life of an entire family.
Suddenly, spouses become caregivers. Adult children become advocates. Grandchildren begin watching someone they love slowly change. Questions outnumber answers, and the weight of caregiving can feel overwhelming.
That's where All in 4 You Community Care begins.
When we opened All in 4 You Adult Day Center, we quickly realized that families needed far more than daytime care for their loved one.
They needed someone to walk beside them.
They needed education to help them understand the disease. They needed respite so they could rest and recharge. They needed transportation to remove barriers to care. They needed resources, encouragement, and a community that truly understood what they were experiencing.
Most of all, they needed to know they were not alone.
That realization inspired the creation of All in 4 You Community Care, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting not just the individual living with dementia, but the entire family journey.
While All in 4 You Adult Day Center provides therapeutic dementia care that enriches the lives of those living with dementia, All in 4 You Community Care focuses on strengthening the family. Our mission is to help carry the weight caregivers and families often shoulder by providing education, respite, transportation, financial assistance, and supportive services that bring hope, connection, and peace of mind.
We believe that caring for a person with dementia means caring for everyone who loves them.
Because when we strengthen the family, we improve the lives of everyone living with dementia.
The day center provides therapeutic care for the individual.
The nonprofit provides therapeutic support for the family.
A Message from Our Founder
There's no place like home.
When I founded All in 4 You Home Health Services in 2014, my goal was simple: help older adults remain safely in the homes they loved for as long as possible.
What I discovered was something much deeper.
The greatest challenge was isolation...loneliness.
I watched individuals spend long hours alone while spouses became caregivers, adult children became advocates, and families struggled to balance love, responsibility, and exhaustion. After a dementia diagnosis, many families receive information and medications, but little guidance on how to preserve quality of life or maintain meaningful connections.
While there is currently no cure for dementia, we know that early diagnosis and purposeful engagement matter. Research continues to show that cognitive stimulation, physical activity, social interaction, and meaningful experiences can help individuals maintain abilities longer and improve overall well-being.
That belief became the foundation of All in 4 You.
We are not a sitter service.
We are not simply entertainment.
We are a therapeutic dementia care center dedicated to slowing progression through intentional programming while building friendships, preserving dignity, and helping individuals remain connected to the people and experiences that bring them joy.
Every activity has a purpose.
Every interaction is meaningful.
Every day is an opportunity to exercise the mind, strengthen the body, and nurture social connections.
At All in 4 You, we believe quality of life should not diminish after a diagnosis. We focus on abilities rather than limitations, purpose rather than passivity, and helping people continue to live with meaning, connection, and hope.
Thank you for allowing us to walk alongside your family on this journey.
Warmly,
Melanie O'Connell
