Open Positions

This employee will assist the Day Center staff in keeping the facility running smoothly. They will assist with implementing activities, cleaning, and administrative tasks. This position has potential for leadership opportunities.

This employee will provide care in the client's home. They will assist with a variety of tasks including but not limited to cleaning, cooking, bathroom assistance, companionship, and bathing assistance.

This employee will plan and implement programming at the Day Center. They will focus on social, cognitive, and physical activities. They will also assist in administrative tasks. This position has potential for leadership opportunities.

Adult Day Center Aide

The Adult Day Care Center Aide assists the Day Center staff in a variety of tasks to keep the Day Center running smoothly. This employee is expected to lead by example - maintaining a positive attitude; being a thoughtful, supportive, productive, and dependable co-worker; keeping our clients safe; and always working to enhance the health and happiness of the people we serve and those who care for them. This position includes but is not limited to cleaning, client care, and participating in and/or leading activities. Much of this position will be focused on ensuring the clients are enjoying and benefiting from programing at the Day Center. You can expect to assist with setting up, implementing, and cleaning up activities. You will assist with lunch duties and cleaning at the end of the day. The employee in this position has great potential to expand into leadership roles! The Adult Day Center Aide must be comfortable assisting with activities of daily living and must pass a background investigation and drug screening. This position is solely at our Adult Day Care Center in Belleville, Il.

In-Home Caregiver

Caregivers provide care in the clients' homes. We assist with cleaning, cooking, bathing, toileting, companionship, assistance with errands, etc.


Caregivers must be reliable, dependable, honest, and caring. You must have valid driver license, insurance and reliable transportation. We support our clients 24/7 according to their needs.  We have shifts available accordingly.  We work with our caregivers to schedule them where they fit the best. You must pass a background investigation and drug test as required by the State of Illinois. We are licensed to serve Clinton, Madison St. Clair and Bond Counties in Illinois.
